Welcome to Focus Flow Therapy! I'm not going to pretend someone else is writing this—it's just me Aziza Islam, and I'm here to tell you about the services I offer in the simplest way possible.
Here, I focus on empowering you through personalized, compassionate care. I use a mix of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and executive functioning skills coaching. I can't claim to be an expert on every mental health issue out there. But I can commit to providing individualized support, helpful strategies, a judgment-free zone, a safe space for people from all walks of life, and weekly homework to help you reach your therapy goals sooner!
